We have outgrown it tremendously. During an emergency, we have 75 to 80 people crowded in there.

The most important thing I want to get from that is 'What's the preparedness of the federal government now?' Can we expect the same response that we had in 2004? To say it won't be as bad as last year doesn't really make me feel good.
