I haven't seen every second baseman, but I find it hard to believe that anyone's better than Hudson, ... He leads in put outs, assists, chances and fielding percentage. That shows you, not only is he sure-handed, but he gets to more balls.

We were tied at halftime, I thought it was going well, but Fayetteville girls are a big team. The game went in the second half. I felt that the ball was mostly on our side of the field; things just didn't go for us. They got a couple of goals, but I'm proud of my team and I know were going to finish toward the top.

Without going back to individual seasons, you'd have a hard time finding so many major things happening to one club other than this year, ... It's like, 'Wow, what else could go wrong?' I think it really wears on a team that's pretty sensitive. I don't think their reversal of fortunes was 100 percent related to that, but it had an impact, no question about that.

I probably could have finished the game, but I don't think that's a smart move, ... It's a pennant race. Every game is pretty much a must-win.
