Kevin pitched another good game for us. We've got some guys that are swinging the bat really well. We had some timely hits. Our success depends on what we do. As long as we can make good contact, we'll be in pretty good shape. We have to try to get a little better every time.

We've got to play more consistent and keep gaining experience because district starts in 10 days.

You never expect to have a 10-run game. You play hard and hope you play well and come out on top. Obviously, H-F has a good team, but when we play well we can score some runs.

I thought Phillip did a good job of battling back after struggling with his control. This is his first year on varsity and only his third varsity game.

Casey is a talented player and will only get better as time goes along.
