They start chipping right after Christmas. If there's only a few trees there, it's because the parks department keeps it clean.
It's a very simple program. Just dropping off the trees and they can be reused.
The Sentence to Service workers transport the trees to the chipping site.
The volunteer groups are wonderful at taking care of the responsibilities.
