Size in a market like California is very important to providing a service that is of high quality and affordable and provide it in the most efficient way.
We have received bids for both of these operations. We expect to make our selection early this summer and have the transactions completed no later than the fiscal year (which is September 30).
We are still on track with the previous announced restructuring and the voluntary offers close today. Once that is done we see where we are and make decisions.
This is a very small portion of our services business.
