Leadership is difficult. It is difficult and demanding and there are days when it takes you away from your family when there is nowhere else you'd rather be. It is also astonishingly rewarding. It is exciting and consuming and offers an opportunity to truly make a difference in people's lives.

We know that, when it comes to technology and the economy, if you're not constantly moving forward, then - without a doubt - you're moving backwards.

Leadership offers an opportunity to make a difference in someone's life, no matter what the project.
