"William "Bill" Allison" is a former casino owner and actor. Allison has appeared in many cameo roles, such as Ocean's Eleven/Ocean's Eleven as an old guard, but his acting experience started when he was hired as a consultant for the production of Martin Scorsese's 1995 film, Casino (film)/Casino, due to his casino experiences. In Casino, Allison played the Latter-day Saint (Mormon) Bagman, John Nance, who was based on Jay Vandermark.

It clearly creates the appearance that somebody could be influenced by their future employer, while they're supposed to be representing the interests of the state of New Jersey and the students of Camden.

I find it hard to believe that one of his aides didn't find it salient to know before he voted. If he said he didn't know, then he's just not doing his job. It's just appalling. That's hardly any kind of excuse.

That's how you get into leadership. It's not your personality or your charm. It's whether or not you can bring money to the party.

But usually there is not a big pot of public money set aside to do these kinds of things that are going on in Pennsylvania.

It's certainly interesting that again his daughter's working for ultimately oil interests. That's where all the money in Saudi Arabia comes from, after all.

It's hard to call it a blind trust if they're peeking under the blindfold.
