The national thing is over. Now we're going back to our goal of winning a state championship.
If we were settling, you wouldn't see people coming out of the locker room crying.
It's just frustrating. We're not showing our potential at all, not even the tiniest bit. In my mind we can beat any team here and we're not doing it.
Candice gave us an amazing spark.
I couldn't get one off in the first quarter. They were right on me. But I was eventually able to get out on the fast break in the second quarter. I pulled up and that first one went in and the crowd went crazy.
They're a good team. They're young but the growth they've made from last year is tremendous. Their coaching staff has really changed that team for the better.
It's great to play tough teams. But it would definitely be nice to have a win.
We're not a trash-talking team. We just go out and play our game.
I think the main thing is, in our hearts, we know we can hang with people. No one's satisfied. We hang in there and we expect to compete, but we want to win.
