"Anthony Joseph Fasano" is an American football tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Notre Dame Fighting Irish football/Notre Dame.

Fasano has also played for the Miami Dolphins.
