It really is something when we have people who are interested in the behind-the-scenes positions that are right for them. It's been working.

I feel that we're on track and will be ready to go. Of course, every creative project has its challenges and mishaps, but I'm pleasantly surprised by how we've dealt with them.

We're talking about five or six people doing most of the technical work. They have been doing a great job with the set. And it was fortunate for us that we only needed to recruit people for the 10 acting roles; that was half the battle.

We're really working to make this a show worthy of the audience's time.
