I just told them exactly what's been going on with me. I haven't been playing a lot of minutes, and regardless of the score I try to go out and play the game a certain way and try to bring some intensity.

In no way, shape or form did I mean to injure Darcy. I finished my check the way I have hundreds of times before. He just happened to hit his head in a bad way.

Every guy in the room right now believes that we can do it. If we were to get in, I don't think there's a team in the league that would want to play us, especially the way we've been playing.

It was a huge game tonight and it was nice to really show up for a game like that. We are watching scores around the league, but first we have to take care of our own business and tonight we did that.

We gave them every opportunity to get back in the game and take the lead. When you give skilled guys that much time and room, they're going to make you pay. That's the situation we put ourselves in and that's what we're going to have to live with now.

We've got some great new players added. The possibilities are limitless.

At the upper limit, there's more total dollars being spent on players. It creates more of a healthy marketplace.

It was way beyond our means.
