I knew we were in for a dogfight from the beginning. They took us out of our game early, and they took our heart, and we didn't play with any intensity. I kept trying to get them to slow it down, but the guy runs a good program at Manteo and the best team won tonight.

I think in the girls, Manteo is the best team right now. But the tournament will be up for grabs, and whoever can get their team playing in the tournament will end up winning it.

I knew we couldn't play them man-to-man, because they're so fast and so strong, and zone was the only way we stood a chance, but we didn't rotate over, and they move the ball pretty well. Between Camden (County) and Manteo they will play for the tournament championship, and I can't wait to see the game.
