"Alexander David King" is a rugby union footballer who played at Fly-half (rugby union)/fly-half for ASM Clermont Auvergne and formerly London Wasps/Wasps. King is currently a coach at ASM Clermont Auvergne.
King attended Brighton College and Bristol University but started his rugby career with Hove RFC.
He has been capped by England national rugby union team/England and the Barbarian F.C./Barbarians. The former Rosslyn Park F.C./Rosslyn Park player joined London Wasps/Wasps in 1996 and helped them win the Guinness Premiership/League that year. He scored a try on his England debut against Argentina in 1997 and made his first Test appearance at Twickenham as a replacement against South Africa in 1998. He kicked London Wasps/Wasps to victory in the 2000 Powergen Cup/Tetley’s Bitter Cup final.
