Sumner has had a lot of years on the District Court and Superior Court bench and was mentioned for a federal judgeship, so it wouldn't surprise me if he were named.

Obviously it is a concern. It does put more uncertainty into the total number of doses you're producing at any one time.

You can tell that they're brothers because they got a real good feel for each other and they look out for each other. It's like one knows when the other one is open and one knows when the other is ready to get the ball when they're ready to do something offensively, and they help each other defensively.

I don't believe he ever lost the courteousness and the willingness to try a good case but at same time be understanding. I believe John will make an excellent judge because not only does he have the knowledge of law but he knows you have to be patient particularly in criminal district court.

I found that he was always well prepared and was extremely courteous even in the most hectic situations. I particularly admired his ability to be composed when sometimes he might be in middle of trying a district court case while one or two people involved in the next case were tugging at him, trying to get a side conversation going.

Those would be my top four.
