I think we're certainly losing a lot of that diversity. As the numbers diminish due to age and death, you lose the people with a lot of experience to do those kinds of things.

When I was a kid, there were a lot more African-American farmers. It wasn't an uncommon thing to talk to a black farmer. Now, it's more of a shock. To me, it's getting to the place now where we're an endangered species.
