It's not just leaving my family and friends. It's the thought of leaving what has been your whole life. But, at the same time it's exciting to start a whole new life.

This is what I've been working for my whole life. I'm glad it's finally happening. Getting a scholarship has been something I've thought about since I was a young kid. It really is my ticket to college. It's exciting.

I think we weren't playing up to our level today. We were really flat today, and we just need to step up.

It's a lot of traveling. Just making the trips to Stockton two times a week for practice. You have to be dedicated to soccer both mentally and physically.
