We're not going to do the details environmental analysis, but are there any obvious, major pitfalls? A facility like this can tend to influence development patterns. Platteview Road, I can't imagine it wouldn't be (part of a future beltway). The interchanges could influence what you're looking at. Are we looking at another interchange? Of course and if it truly is a freeway, the proposed Pflug Road interchange would have to redone. So maybe that's a problem.
