If they wanted to do something really monumental and momentous but not drastic, certainly if Donald Rumsfeld was to step aside and be replaced by Lieberman, that would be huge.

Given the sort and level of opposition from the neighbors as to the number of occupants and seasonal workers we would like to be able to house in the building, we have concluded that it might not be in our best interests to pursue this.
