If in fact today in Washington, D.C., someone hopped on the radio and said there's been a chemical release, someone will tell you to stay, others will tell you to leave. Who are you going to believe?

We have said since before the case was filed that we're willing to listen to the government but there are some very important principles at stake in the case that have not been negotiable.
