I think that is unprofessional, I think that is unethical and I am aghast that somebody would do that. This is a closed club, and they don't want anybody in their club, and that's what this e-mail says.

I think that our public schools sometimes get a bad rap - and sometimes deservedly so. I think the goal of every school system has to be excellence.

I would like to offer whatever I have to offer as a help. I've spent most of my time in Staunton working with programs for kids. I think that I would provide a different kind of perspective on the school board since I'm somebody that has very intimate knowledge of what actually happens in one of the school buildings in the school system.
