"William Hogarth" was an English painting/painter, Printmaking/printmaker, pictorial satire/satirist, Social criticism/social critic, and editorial cartoonist who has been credited with pioneering western sequential art.
His work ranged from Realism (visual arts)/realistic portraiture to comic strip-like series of pictures called "modern moral subjects". Knowledge of his work is so pervasive that satirical political illustrations in this style are often referred to as "Hogarthian".

I have generally found that persons who had studied painting least were the best judges of it.
That would be, in my opinion, a very big mistake.
We have got to look very carefully at how we're structured, and how each one of these fisheries is sustainable. The future is very bright for fisheries if we do it right.
