We've been looking at him... in the Premier League which has done a lot for him, and like Demar, there are other players in the league that are also on the fringe of breaking into the senior squad.

I'm pretty satisfied with it, as it relates to his performance in general and his general attitude, the level of professionalism. I think it is a shining example for our youngsters to emulate.

It is at this age that the passion for the game must be fostered.

We have to be up and running because if you look at these (other) countries, they are really placing emphasis on their youth development, so therefore the fact that we are doing that just now also and we see ourselves as the superior country, our intention is to justify that.

There are a number of our players who will play on April 9, so it would be difficult for them to travel then play on the 11th, so those who will play on the 8th, what we have done is to contact their clubs and they were willing to release them for the match.

I thought we made one mistake and suffered the consequences. And that is all it takes whenever you play against a good team. But apart from that I thought our guys played tactically well.

Ryan Johnson, from all indications, is doing exceptionally well at the college level and now he has been drafted into the squad of Real Salt Lake and the club is quite excited that he will make a healthy contribution...

This is part of the development... so we can look at a number of players... as we look to the game against England and beyond.

These girls have done considerably well and what they have achieved so far will only auger well for women's football in Jamaica.
