McDonald?s priority focus continues to be on our customers. We listen closely to them and welcome constructive feedback. We welcome an objective and fair discussion about issues important to our customers.

Of course we've been watching not just the volume of our sales but the specific McDonald's products being sold and we've noticed no reduction in the beef product being purchased. We continue to monitor the situation closely.

I think we're growing, but we're not satisfied with our growth rate. We're opening up to 1,400 restaurants around the world this year, but we've had a difficult 2001. We've had some huge things come out of the blue.

We're going to do some testing. It's the prudent thing for the company to do. We're looking at every possible innovation and concept. It's more in the speculative mode right now. It would be unfair to jump to conclusions.

I think all the projections show this is going to be win, win, win for McDonald's, the Smithsonian and the millions of visitors who go there.
