If they want to play at the next level they just need to keep performing year after year.

They've got three or four pace bowlers taking wickets in a stable team.

Glenn's not going to be around beyond the next few years.

It's been an interesting day's cricket. There was a little bit in the wicket this morning and their guys bowled very well and we made a good start but didn't bat as well as we probably could've done or should've done.

We've seen he's still got the goods on this tour and he'll be able to choose the timing of his departure.

So to have someone there full-time after Christmas will be a benefit to our young guys.

It is very difficult these days to get blokes like Steve Waugh and Mark Taylor, that have played 100 Tests.

We are hoping he doesn't play, he is aware of that but we will have to see how the season pans out.

A guy that has played 100 Test matches around at practice and hopefully a good influence on some of our younger guys.
