The first is the consumer outreach. Our certified professionals are continuously asking us to do more to promote the ASE program to consumers and the involvement with NCTS gives ASE a national platform for brand exposure that we could never afford to do otherwise.

Vehicles are being built better and require less repair, so we've been getting by with a shrinking work force. But the number of cars in this country keeps increasing. There is definitely going to be more demand for automotive technicians when these large numbers start retiring.
