We set the tone right away and took the energy out them early.
We weren't giving them any opportunities. We put them on their heels.
The (East Region) tournament is tough. There is always pressure to get to state. You don't worry about the state tournament until you get there. We need to play hard and compete if we want to get there.

West Fargo has a good hockey team. They played us tough twice and both games could have gone either way.
It sparked us. On our first shift, we weren't awake. We were floating around out there.
We got a shot to the net and the corner guys crashed hard.
We did a much better job picking up guys coming back. We didn't allow them to get into the middle, and we kept those guys in front of us.
We tell him to shoot the puck and finish his checks. But good things happen when you work hard.
