It's the interaction of the southeast wind and the terrain. It's a fairly common thing that happens along the coast when the right ingredients come together.

I don't think we're going to have completely sunny skies, but it will certainly be less rain than we've had.

We're sort of in an unprecedented type of regime here as far as the amount of rainfall we received over the last 30 to 40 days. And some of our records go back pretty far.

We've had it all -- hail, a tornado, floods, a dam break. I don't know what else we can get.
