Some of these errors were just the routine kind of plays. And then we get run-ruled because of it. We're not talented enough to overcome those mistakes.

That is the most complete we have been all year. Although we didn't score in the first game, that was the best we played in all aspects. We showed that if we can make basic and routine plays we can give our selves a chance to win against anyone.

It was a complete and total no-show. I'm glad I came out here at 7 a.m. and busted my 'A' to get the field ready and my team comes out and just mails it in.

I was happy with the way Roberts pitched. She missed a few spots and one of those got deposited in left-center in the fifth inning for two runs, but Jackie played well. I was happy with the overall effort.

We had timely hits today. Heidi threw a good game and Hamilton and Boyer got it done offensively.

It was good to see Chris rebound after yesterday.

Jackie threw one heck of a game. She hit her spot 90-95 percent of the time and pitched ahead of the count.

We couldn't get the big hits like we did yesterday.

I am happy with the win. What was even nicer was that someone below the top of the order came through for us. For us to score and keep pace, the bottom half of the order has to do something.
