"The League" is an American sitcom that premiered on FX/FX on October 29, 2009. The series, set in Chicago, Illinois, is a semi-improvised comedy about a fantasy football (American)/fantasy football league, its members, and their everyday lives. The sixth season premiered on September 3, 2014. FXX renewed the series for a seventh and final season, set to air in the fall of 2015.

The Charter mentions nowhere the duty of the state to investigate serious human rights abuses, to prosecute those found to be responsible, or to address the right of families of the 'disappeared' and other victims and their survivors to know the truth and see that justice is done. The document makes no mention of the possibility of establishing a truth commission of any kind.

You could say there was a surfeit of rich comedy that year. The winner was Daniel Kitson and - just to illustrate how strong it was - Jimmy Carr came second. Any other year the runners-up would have been winners.

Because they are so silly. Silly is quite a dangerous thing to be because you can fall flat on your face. And they sometimes did. But other times they were so daft it was wonderfully inspired and they certainly weren't safe. I'm not as keen on stand-ups as everyone else. That masquerades as being quite bold, but few are actually risky.
