It is a gorgeous little art-deco building. And I honestly think the neighborhood would get behind Mr. King in making it look even nicer.

The size of the houses makes them perfect for use as studios for artists and photographers and other art-oriented people.

And now I think it still bothers some people but I'm kind of glad the store is there as opposed to there being a deserted building.
