Everybody trusted each other, and we were able to do something pretty unusual much quicker than we're able to do normally.

Look at the time between 1985 and 2000. As things came up, we were able to keep up with growth.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a few more higher bids come in.

In this case, there was a happy ending, and it was fun to be part of it. It was nice to be able to pick up the phone and help those people pretty quickly.

Growth isn't always bad. Jobs have been created, there are more things to do and more opportunities for things. The shopping and the restaurants have really improved here. It is amazing.

That was something we could absorb. From 2004 to 2005, we have grown exponentially. We can't keep up with that.
