Derek is really maturing as a player. I'm not sure he understands how much better of a player he could still become, but this was a great tournament for him.

I think everyone understands the urgency right now. I would expect us to play very well. They all know where we are. I don't have to put any undue pressure on anybody.

If any one of us woke up in the morning with our leg feeling the way his does every day, we'd be calling 9-1-1. I don't know how he does it. I guess he's just gotten used to it over the years.
