It's early in the year. We just have to come out tomorrow and play better baseball.

Splitting series is not going to do anything as far as percentage points. It's all about percentage points. You don't gain anything by splitting a series. You have to win at least three of four to gain ground.

We lost two games (against Highlands) we were in control of and didn't finish. We played awesome baseball. Both teams could flat-out hit. It was a matter of survival. We handled them twice and got in position to win four games and couldn't finish.

They can't put down the bat. They come out as young coaches and burn up BP (batting practice) time.
