We were very focused and intense tonight. We had a team meeting after the loss at Eau Claire and talked about some things. I thought we were more focused tonight.

We did enough to get out of here with a road win, which was huge for us. I was real pleased with our effort and I thought we played really great defense.

I think it's going to be a classic. It should be a great game. Our motivation is to prolong our season.

We wanted to keep it a double-digit lead and not let them get it under 10. For the first time in a couple weeks we came out strong and got out to a good start. At this point in the season a win is a win.

I'm really proud of the way the kids kept battling. We kept answering them and showed no signs of folding.

They're a different team at home, but we gave them the game. We flat out stunk. I don't know how you can expect to win a ball game playing like we did.

We got off to an early start and withstood their little comeback.

We did what we needed to do to get back in the (WIAC) race. It's huge for us. We have a chance to redeem ourselves at home and the big crowd gave us a lot of energy. We've put ourselves in a good spot now.

We need to protect our home turf. We're trying for the No. 1 seed in the (WIAC) tournament. We knew it was going to come down to this.
