There was some good and positive response from a few companies, individuals and my former school, Lodge, but I still haven't heard from the AAA (Amateur Athletics Association) about the Solidarity Fund.

But I really want to thank everyone who has assisted. I am really grateful and I would just put this setback behind me and hope that financially things would improve in the future.

I am grateful for the help but it was a little too late to speed up my preparation for the Commonwealth Games .
