He's had to improve throughout the years. He watched tapes, worked extra on the mat and lifted weights to do whatever it took to accomplish those goals. It was quite a feat.

My boss supports it. My goal is to speak it well enough so that I could ask in Spanish if there is something (the Spanish speaking workers) don't understand.

He has some very high aspirations that drive him. He has the right frame of mind to accomplish them.

I was impressed with his overall wrestling ability. He had a lot of mat sense. He was aggressive. Once he was close to scoring, he finished hard. He's the type of hard-nosed athlete any coach would want.

This year, he was the overwhelming favorite to win. He is competitive and aggressive in everything he does. That's just the way he is. Yet, he's good natured, he listens to his coaches, and he keeps things in perspective.
