All the mast arms were delivered and the contractor has just about completed the underground conduit. They are expected to start installing the pole foundation in the second week of March ... and completion by July.

It first will be put into flash operation for three to five days and while it's on flash, they will do the roadway striping. It will be put in full color operation after all inspections are done.
