That's when it starts to get expensive.

Shutting things down for two or three days is not that costly.

We started seeing huge vulnerabilities. And portions of those systems were extraordinarily secure. But they were Maginot Lines.

The Russians aren't waiting for standards. They have decided to move forward. We have declined to participate (in the drilling). We don't feel it's ready.

There has been growing interest in the polar regions. And the international community has decided it is again time for a collaborative effort to better understand these regions.

All of the things we are talking about are already under way.
