I tore my ACL. I guess I landed wrong and twisted my knee. It's getting stronger, and I'm supposed to be back for the beginning of the season, so I'm just waiting for that.

I've still got a physics class to take. I'm trying to do it over the summer. So if I get it this time, I guess I'll be done. But I don't know. Physics is not my type of thing.

I just thought it was a sprain or something, because it didn't hurt.

It was what I expected, but not really. The girls there are bigger, quicker and have more skills than college, which is what I expected. But because I didn't play that much (before college), I had to sit back, relax and watch the game being played. You have to do other stuff to improve your skills.

But my roommate (former Lady Cougar Amanda Barksdale) had had surgery on her knees before. And she told me, 'If you do what you've got to do, you'll be back by the time the (Comets') season starts.' I guess I stopped crying by then.
