It is a challenge when you only have three defensemen and sometimes they have to play both ways. The guys get tired, which is why Amity scored both their goals off of turnovers.

We get a lot of support from all three schools and it's great to see them all pulling together like this. What a difference a winning streak makes. These kids are just flying in practice.

We are a defensive hockey team and we have a system that we are going to stick to and it has kept us in game all year; even the games we lose are only by one goal.

We came in here as the number 14 seed and they were rated third having played a very competitive schedule against a bunch of Division I teams. We have nothing to be ashamed of. We played hard right to the end. Our kids can hang their heads high.

Certainly it was tough to lose, it was a great game though and I credit Amity because they played a great hockey game against us tonight.
