"Burudi Ali "Rudi" Johnson" is a former American football running back who played eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the fourth round of the 2001 NFL Draft.

Johnson was selected to the Pro Bowl with the Bengals in 2005 Pro Bowl/2004 after leading the AFC team in rushing. He employed a bruising style of hard-nosed running.

This year we have to go out and take care of business and everyone has to do their responsibilities. If everyone does that, then we will be okay. Our goal is to be in Detroit [site of the Super Bowl in February].

I thought we were going to pull it out. We're right there the whole game. We kept fighting our way back. That's a big plus for us -- on the road, playing against a team like that and we were able to do some things.

Nothing has changed. We would hope to be able, if it all works out -- it's got to be all parties involved -- to have an opportunity to re-sign Rudi.

I know he was excited to get out there. Everything he did in training camp, he did out there tonight.

I made a mistake, ... I'm man enough to admit and apologize for it. It's not a big deal, but it was big enough for me not to start the game. You live and learn.

All eyes are on him when he's on the field, ... He had the defense off balance the whole game.

I'm going to try to be there as much as I can for his family, ... It bothers me a lot.

That's big time. We'd definitely like to have zero, but we'll take four with a win.

Fourth quarter is my time.
