I feel good. It's OK. I was running good enough to make the bases. I felt it a little bit yesterday, but I'm fine. Once I start stretching and running again, I don't feel it.

I would like to start when [manager Joe Torre] thinks it's right.

Everything is 100 per cent now. Last year was a tough year for me, due to all the injuries.

It's a situation I like to be in, ... It's good that they have that confidence in be, and it's good that I did the job. Now they'll have even more confidence next time.

Me with a flat tire, ... I run like [Jason] Giambi.

It's all right. We're going to win. It's a game that sometimes goes in a different direction. But we're going to go home, and we know the way we've been playing, we don't have to worry about it.

I saw the ball too late. I didn't want to try to catch it and have it go by me. I should have caught that ball if I picked it up from the beginning, but I didn't.

I didn't pick it up right away, ... With the glare off the artificial turf, you don't see the ball right off the bat. And then I didn't want to try to catch it and have it go by me.

That was a blooper down the line and I was playing him in the gap, ... You would never expect him to hit the ball down the right field line.
