They hit us at a good time. We have no place else to go. All the other campgrounds are filled.
The food is cooked and flash-frozen. We don't need all those preservatives.
It's what we are about. Everything we do involves educating people about who we are and West African food.
Most Americans don't understand the diversity of people in West Africa.
