We give him all the credit. Without him, we couldn't do what we do. We know he makes the linebackers more successful by doing what he does.

I'm feeling my way and a lot of it right now for me is instinct. I'm meeting with the coaches, spending extra time trying to study and catch up and just get familiar with the system.

It's learning the terminology to give us a chance to get the extra edge that will give us more confidence and help us feel comfortable. I feel like I can carry a full load now. It's a lot like riding a bike.

Right now I'm the one asking the questions. In my heart, I still wanted to play, but the opportunity wasn't there. I was moving on in the transition of life after football. But this opportunity came up and I'm here to try and contribute.

I have no doubt the Raiders will come out and play hard. They have pride in their organization and will give us a tough fight. Whatever role they can figure to play to be a spoiler, I'm sure they'll be anxious to go out with a bang.
