I think the hope is that Washington has done its thing and has given money to the state. We just need to make sure that money gets to the people. People have a long way to go. The storm is still taking more of a toll on people than most realize.

They told us a couple of weeks ago they wanted to end it. We told them that was not acceptable.

The shock is over with. Now we have to come back and create something that is compatible and acceptable to everybody. If we don't do what is right for the citizens and compromise, shame on us.
