We are ahead of schedule for Sunday's deadline, and by midnight Sunday, (all) Yugoslav forces will be gone.
Personnel belonging to either of these categories who remain in Kosovo after midnight tonight will be subject to robust KFOR enforcement.
We view any actions by the KLA -- or any other armed bands of paramilitaries or armed groups that cause friction or raise tensions -- as being entirely unacceptable.
There appears to be full compliance (by the Serbs).
[Russia's participation will help] establish and maintain peace for all peoples of Kosovo, ... Serbs, Muslims, Albanians and Christians. KFOR is there for everybody.
It has been a very constructive day of very positive talks.
Our aim is not to provoke confrontation ... However, every deliberate act of non-compliance or any criminal activity will be dealt with swiftly and robustly.
