This is not a situation where my client left the child unattended for a period of time. She left the child with a friend of hers who she's known for a period of time.

He is perhaps best known as the lead singer / songwriter / producer behind The Apples in Stereo, as well as for having produced seminal albums by Neutral Milk Hotel, The Olivia Tremor Control, and a number of other psychedelic and indie rock bands.
