The snook really turned on this week.

The Mann's Stretch series is working, too.

The kings are all over the place in the Gulf. They're catching them from Boca Grande Pass out to 8 miles.

The snook migration has begun, so most of the fish are around the canal mouths.

There have been some 30-inchers right in the middle of Turtle Bay in the sand holes. The best baits have been cut mullet and cut sardines.

But you can still catch snook up the river. They're catching snook up the Peace River around Shell Creek and north of The Navigator.

He was just fooling around while waiting for a charter.

It's been pretty good from the reports I'm getting. They're getting the tripletail around the crab traps and they're spotting cobia on the surface.

They're moving around big time. The best spot is the Peace River.
