It's the most explosive, intense rock phenomenon ever seen. I am in awe every night, ... (Grohl) has such endless energy and intensity night after night screaming his lungs out. I don't see how he does it.

When we were putting the album together and finishing up the artwork, I didn't know what was going to happen in the future, and I told everyone that. I don't know what next year will bring. I have no idea. I can tell you I have a lot of ideas for songs, a lot of things I want to try, and a lot of new ways of writing I want to explore, and I'm very excited about trying all of that.
