The only people advocating the Type IV change, that's the type of construction material, in that legislation were the three of us, that I'm aware of. At the time, Pruitt, he had the committee; he had the bill that was going to be settled in (a joint House-Senate) conference. So when that language was inserted it was a conference item and it stayed in the bill at his doing.
